The Rights Center for Freedom of Expression Support calls on the satellite channels whose crews have been brutally attacked in Nainwa province by security of oil agent to register lawsuits against the minister's deputy, as the attack took place in front of his eyes, While the Center undertakes to provide a team of lawyers in this regard. While the Rights Center condemns the attack by security of oil agent on a number of media in Mosul, when they covering the event of opening a fuel station on the right side of the city, so It demands the Minister of Oil Thamer Al-Ghadhban, to take an urgent decision to punish the aggressors, and guidance to respect the freedom of journalist and pledge not to repeat these barbaric attacks.
"The security of oil agent assaulted to a number of media teams during their coverage the opening of Ras Al-Jadah station on the right side of the city of Mosul." A correspondent for the Kirkuk Nao site in Mosul, Ahmed al-Zaidi told the Rights Center.
Al- Zubaidy add “Since the entry of the oil agent’s security, they prevented the photographers of Al-Ahd satellite channel and the photographer of I News channel Ali al-Tai from filming when they tried to approach the deputy minister to record a personal meeting with him, but  Al-Tai tried to recover his camera from the security when they  assaulted him with their weapons, so he injured immediately and broke a number of fingers in his hands, , the I News photographer was transferred to the hospital.
In the same context, the correspondent of Dejla satellite channel Ahmed Al-Jafal, told Rights Center “the security of oil agent assaulted to all the media present there to cover the opening of Ras Al-Jadah fuel station on the right side of the city of Mosul."
"The security pulled all the cameras from a number of channels in a manner that does not show their respect for the press, press freedoms and press job" they pulled our cameras but we were able to recover them after they attacked the cameraman of the I News channel and document the moment they attacked the journalists." the correspondent of Dejla satellite channel added.
